December 15, 2021 by Eric Carlin. From Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems (SHAAP).

A new post in which Dr Eric Carlin discusses the digital spaces we are exposed and vulnerable to, that he calls “limbic capitalism”. A reality in which our lives are surrounded by global industries marketing addictive, health-harming goods and services online.

Dr Eric Carlin also describes the findings of the new WHO/Europe report on digital marketing of alcohol that shows how we need a global, comprehensive approach to make the Internet a sager space for everyone.
